The Woodchuck is a handcrafted solid Oak chopping and serving board that keeps the natural character of the timber at the centre of the design. Each board features a distinctive live-edge profile, so no two pieces are exactly the same.
Made from substantial 50 mm thick solid Oak, it provides a stable working surface for everyday food preparation while also working beautifully as a rustic serving board for bread, cheese, charcuterie and sharing food.

Our Recommended Setup
For the most practical and versatile configuration, we recommend the non-slip mat and side handles. The mat provides grip without permanently fixing anything to the timber, while the handles make the larger boards easier to lift and carry.
Finish & Maintenance
Finished with food-safe oil to protect the Oak and enhance its natural grain. Hand wash with warm water and dry thoroughly after use. Do not soak or place in a dishwasher.
Reapply food-safe mineral oil or board conditioner whenever the timber begins to look dry. The surface can also be lightly sanded and re-oiled in the future if required.
Because the live edge follows the natural shape of the timber, dimensions and edge profile may vary slightly from board to board.
